Rebekah 'Becky' Kamsky

I have spent 15 years helping brands understand what makes people notice, trust and buy. Tourism, premium ecommerce, hospitality, health and consumer brands. I now want to put that into one company and own its growth.

Why Mira

In a world of noise, I know you need to stand out. Here's my effort to do so.

A woman resting, hands on her chestA woman with her hands on her abdomenA woman laughing in warm sunlight

Mira is not selling a device. You are asking women to trust a product with information that is personal and often confusing.

That changes the growth problem. She does not only need to understand the reading. She needs to believe it will help her decide.

That takes performance marketing, education, creative testing and a clear commercial model.

Mira helps women feel informed and in control. That is a brand worth my energy.

01

Science must become understandable

A reading only has value once she knows what to do next. Clear explanation is a growth lever.

02

Trust comes before conversion

Health data raises the bar. Proof and honest language beat pressure every time.

03

Growth continues after purchase

The monitor opens the relationship. Wands, bundles and longer tracking build the value.

The Match

Four things the role needs. Four things I have already done.

Built from zero

I did not inherit a mature ecommerce machine. I helped build it, from platform to paid acquisition.

Managed at scale

More than 30,000 products across international brands, plus campaign budgets of around €1 million.

International experience

London, Melbourne and Malta. National tourism campaigns through to premium DTC retail.

Commercial ownership

Paid media, creative, email and conversion in one pair of hands, judged on revenue not impressions.

Proof, not claims

Case study

Building a premium fashion platform from zero

A major fashion retailer in Malta

Challenge

No ecommerce operation, a large offline catalogue and no acquisition engine. I built the platform and the demand behind it.

Build

Led paid acquisition, ecommerce strategy, creative testing, email and conversion improvement.

Structured a Shopify platform carrying more than 30,000 products from brands including Swarovski, Furla, Steve Madden and Birkenstock.

Commercial outcome

  • Six figure annual ecommerce revenue
  • More than 30,000 products managed
  • Built and launched the platform from the ground up
  • ROAS improved from 2x to 10x platform reported ROAS

Selected figures have been rounded to protect client confidentiality.

I did not inherit a mature ecommerce machine.

I helped build it.

Hypotheses, not recommendations

Three things I would explore first at Mira

I would not claim answers before seeing your data. These are the questions I would open first.

01

Customer quality after first purchase

Which acquisition messages bring customers who keep testing, not just those who buy one monitor?

  • New customer ROAS
  • Wand repurchase
  • Lifetime value by entry product
02

Life stage based growth

Should fertility, irregular cycles and perimenopause run as separate growth engines?

  • Different intent
  • Different objections
  • Different payback periods
03

Trust as a performance variable

Can clearer scientific communication improve paid media efficiency?

  • Expert led creative
  • Customer stories
  • Landing page clarity

The first 90 days

How I would begin

    First 30 days01/03

    Learn the economics

    • Understand channel performance
    • Review cohorts and repeat purchase
    • Audit creative and landing pages
    • Find the biggest unanswered question
    Days 31 to 6002/03

    Build the test roadmap

    • Prioritise by impact and effort
    • Write clear hypotheses
    • Set budgets and pass criteria
    • Pick one or two new channel tests
    Days 61 to 9003/03

    Run and evaluate

    • Launch the selected tests
    • Reallocate budget on the read
    • Report on new customer profitability
    • Recommend what to stop, fix and scale
Three meaningful tests with clear decisions beat fifteen that add noise.

Why now

Ready to work at global scale again

I have worked in Malta, London and Australia, including accounts with budgets of around €1 million.

My current market is small by definition. The thinking is not. In Australia the same approach ran against national and international audiences.

I want that scale back, inside one brand I believe in.

The honest part

What I know, and what I am ready to learn

I have not used every platform listed in the role, but I have worked with comparable ecommerce, analytics and attribution tools. I understand the commercial questions they support and learn new platforms quickly.

Experience gives me judgement. Curiosity keeps it current.

Testimonials

Let's talk

Mira turns hormone data into confident decisions.I turn growth data into commercial action.

I will not arrive knowing every dashboard inside Mira. I will arrive knowing which questions matter and how to turn the answers into revenue.

Perhaps the next useful data point is a conversation.
